We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $50 applicable to items in our store. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days for the majority of our items. We would like to emphasize that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking number(s) or other appropriate shipment information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of this confirmation.We appreciate your business and strive to provide the best service possible to all of our customers.

Returnable Items
Clothing/Apparel: Clothing items, such as unworn, unused, and unworn clothing, may be returned within 10 days of delivery, if you are not satisfied. Please initiate your return request through our Customer Portal within this timeframe.

For items that are defective, damaged, incorrect or lost in transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Items must be in their original condition for eligibility. We do not accept returns in these categories due to change of mind or general dissatisfaction. We appreciate your understanding.

Restocking Fee
A 12% restocking fee applies to all clothing/apparel returns, except in cases where items are defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit.
When the total amount of returns exceeds $120 by an individual within a three-month period, a 25% restocking fee may apply, except for defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items.


Initiating a Return
Returns can be initiated via our Customer Portal (except for defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items – please contact us by email if these apply). After submission, we will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. For assistance, email us at info@Graphictee.us with your order number and the issue details.


Return Shipping
Upon approval, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items must be mailed back within five (5) business days to be eligible for processing. Graphic Tee covers the cost of return shipping for timely returns.


Refunds
Approved refunds are processed as store credit within ten (10) business days, post inspection of the returned product. The restocking fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exceptions to Our Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns under certain conditions which may include suspected fraud or abuse.
