Billing Terms
Last updated: June 22, 2025
1. Payment Timing & Authorization
- We charge your payment method when your order ships, not at checkout, in line with industry standards
- You authorize us to charge all amounts due, including product price, taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.
- If a payment is declined, we may retry or contact you to update payment details.
2. Billing Descriptor
- Your credit card statement will display "Hellotee" or "Skilled Girl Customs" as the billing description.
- If using third-party platforms (e.g. PayPal), that name and transaction amount may appear instead
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- For B2B or bulk orders, we offer alternate billing terms such as Net 30, subject to approval. Details available on request.
4. Invoices & Receipts
- Invoices are available immediately after payment and can be downloaded from your account.
- An itemized receipt is sent to your email after each successful transaction.
5. Subscription & Recurring Billing
- If you subscribe to any products/services, your payment will recur automatically based on the selected interval.
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle; partial refunds are handled case-by-case.
- We implement automatic retries for failed payments and send notifications accordingly
6. Late or Missing Payments
- If payment fails, we will notify you and retry up to 3 times over 7 days.
- After that, your order may be delayed or canceled.
- For Net 30 accounts, late fees may apply per your invoice terms.
7. Payment Security
- All transactions are processed over secure SSL/HTTPS connections.
- We comply with industry best practices (PCI-DSS) and do not store full payment details ourselves
- Two-factor authentication is available for account management.
8. Contact & Support
- For billing questions, email us at info@hellotee.net.
- Please include your order number and date for faster assistance.
Note: By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Billing Terms. We reserve the right to update them; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
