We process orders within 1–4 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days in the U.S., expedited in 2–3 days, international 10–20 days. Tracking info is sent upon shipment. Shipping delays due to carriers/customs may occur.Β 

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for expedited or international shipping.

We offer returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Excludes sale items and gift cards.Β 

Email info@hellotee.net with your order number and reason. Approved returns get a shipping label; ship within 7 days. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
